On-Brand Live Polls for Enterprise Decks
On-brand live polls wear the account logo and colors on the results slide. Type an organization name. Skip the generic theme.

On-brand live polls look like the account, not the vendor. The poll is the one artifact that stays on screen while people talk. It should wear the same mark as the title slide.
Enterprise decks are picky for a reason. Legal signed off on the palette. The account team has a template. Then the engagement slide arrives in default purple, or a cartoon theme, and the room knows you left the file.
What on-brand live polls are
An on-brand live poll is a live question whose results use the customer's logo, colors, and product names. Dark or light, matching the deck you are in. Not a stock theme. Not the polling vendor's default chart.
If the rest of the hour looks like them, the two minutes they vote should too.
Why generic poll themes break the room
Every other slide has their logo. Then a generic theme takes over the only moment they talk back. That is not a design nit. It is a trust leak.
People in enterprise rooms are trained to notice off-brand. A vendor chrome on the projector says "this part is optional" the same way a second tab does. Keep the poll on the PowerPoint slide and on-palette, or you still look like a demo.
How other tools handle branding
Most audience tools treat branding as a paid theme pack.
Mentimeter lets Pro, Conference, and Enterprise upload a logo, set brand colors, and show that logo on the Menti and on phones. Custom themes also cover background, text color, font, and visualization colors. Free and Basic do not get that. You build the theme in Mentimeter's editor, then remember to apply it.
That works if someone on the team owns the theme library. It fails in the common case: you are in their template, the meeting starts in twelve minutes, and you need the poll to look like this account, not last quarter's workshop.
Brand from the organization name
Repoll takes an organization name and puts their logo and palette on the results. Generated answers use the product names people actually say in that room. You do not open a theme studio. You do not paste hex from a brand PDF while the room waits.
That is the difference between "we have branding on the Pro plan" and "the poll looks like the deck you are already in."
If Claude or Copilot wrote the slides, engagement is not a second project. It is the same file. Host from the PowerPoint add-in. Get started when the account's colors are the point of the hour.
What to brand besides the logo
Logo and hex are the start. On-brand also means:
- Product language — options read like the meeting ("renewal risk", "security review"), not like a template ("Option A").
- Light and dark — match the deck, not a marketing site.
- The join surface — if the phone UI looks like a different company, you sent them to a second tab even if the projector looks right.
- The export — the attendee list is follow-up. It should still be their names, their emails, their votes. Not a screenshot of a candy-colored cloud.
When white-label polling is worth it
Use on-brand live polls when the room is not yours: sales, presales, investor updates, vendor workshop days, enablement at the customer's site. Internal all-hands can survive a default theme. Customer-facing hours cannot.
If legal already rejected a slide for the wrong blue, they will reject a poll for the same reason. Fix it before you ask the question.
Are on-brand live polls the same as a white-label audience tool?
White-label usually means stripping the vendor mark and applying a saved theme. On-brand live polls go further: the results inherit the account in the room, including names they use for their own products. You should not need a designer to get there.
Can I add a logo to Mentimeter or Slido?
Yes, on paid plans. Mentimeter documents logo upload and shared org themes on Pro and above. The work is in their theme UI. If you present five accounts in a week, that is five themes to keep honest — or one field that is the organization name.
Do on-brand polls still work in a locked-down room?
Brand is independent of join. A locked laptop can still show their colors on the projector while people vote from a phone. The failure mode is the opposite: a beautiful theme sitting in a browser nobody opened.
